All collection kits are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday. Each kit includes everything you need to return your inclusions to me safely and easily.

BREASTMILK JEWELLERY: I only need around 10ml of milk (less than half an ounce) to create your jewellery. However, it is possible to work with less than this, if necessary.

ASHES JEWELLERY: I require only a small amount of ashes — around half a teaspoon .

If you're ordering a ring, please specify your ring size in the box provided. If you're unsure of your size, simply request a ring sizer when ordering and I’ll include one free of charge with your ashes kit.

Please note: we recommend double-checking your ring size, as measurements can vary slightly depending on the ring sizer or method used.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
For personalised jewellery orders you will have the option to choose between Tracked 48  and Special Delivery.

You are advised to select Special Delivery for jewellery orders, which includes up to £750 compensation against loss or damage and includes full online tracking.

Personalised printable orders will be posted via Royal Mail, first or second class post, depending on your requirements. For heavy or large items, such as mugs, this is charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing. However, if you are placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing a large bulk order.

Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact me before ordering.

I aim to dispatch all  jewellery orders within 14 weeks, from the date I have received your inclusions in the post.

Please note, these timescales may be longer during peak times.
