I aim to dispatch a milk kit to you within two working days of receiving your order.  This kit includes everything you need to return your milk to me in a safe and simple way. Please note, I only need around 10ml of milk (less than half an ounce) to create your jewellery. However, it is possible to work with less than this, if necessary. Please get in touch if you have any questions prior to ordering.

Upon ordering one of our breastmilk rings please specify your ring size in the box provided.  If you are unsure of your ring size please select to have a ring sizer included with your milk kit, which will be included free of charge.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail.
For personalised jewellery orders you will have the option to choose between Tracked 48  and Special Delivery.

You are advised to select Special Delivery for jewellery orders, which includes up to £750 compensation against loss or damage and includes full online tracking.

Personalised printable orders will be posted via Royal Mail, first or second class post, depending on your requirements. For heavy or large items, such as mugs, this is charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing. However, if you are placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing a large bulk order.

Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact me before ordering.

Please note, we are currently unable to accept orders from the EU and Northern Ireland.

I aim to dispatch all Breastmilk jewellery orders within 12 weeks, from the date I have received your milk in the post.
