I aim to dispatch an ashes collection kit to you within two working days of receiving your order.  This kit includes everything you need to return your loved ones ashes to me in a safe and simple way. Please note, I only need a very small amount of ashes to complete your jewellery and all un-used cremation ashes will be returned with completion of your order.

Upon ordering one of our rings please specify your ring size in the box provided.  If you are unsure of your ring size please select to have a ring sizer included with your collection kit, which will be included free of charge.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail. For personalised jewellery orders you will have the option to choose between Tracked 48 with Signature and Special Delivery.

For orders over £100, you are advised to select Special Delivery, which includes up to £500 compensation against loss or damage and includes full online tracking.

Personalised printable orders will be posted via Royal Mail, first or second class post, depending on your requirements. For heavy or large items, such as mugs, this is charged at a rate in line with Royal Mail pricing. However, if you are placing a large order there may be additional costs due to the weight limit. Please contact us for further information before placing a large bulk order.

Orders outside of the UK and overseas orders will be subject to additional costs. If you are wanting to order from outside of the UK please contact me before ordering.

I aim to dispatch all ashes jewellery orders within 6 weeks, from the date I receive your loved ones ashes in the post. Please note, these timescales may be longer during peak times.
