We’re honoured you’re considering us to create such a meaningful keepsake. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about ordering, how we care for your loved one’s keepsake, and what to expect every step of the way.

How Do I Place an Order?
You can order directly via our website. Simply:
• Choose your jewellery design.
• Select your stone finish and any personalisation or inclusions (e.g., ashes, fingerprints).
• Add any special requests or desired completion date in the notes section, or email us.

What Happens After I Order?
We’ll send your collection kit within 3 working days (kits dispatch every Tuesday & Thursday).
Your kit includes:
• Secure packaging and instructions for safely returning ashes or fingerprint moulds/prints.
• A free ring sizer upon request, if ordering a ring.
• We only require a small amount of ashes (about a teaspoon) or one clear fingerprint impressions.
• Any unused ashes and all fingerprint moulds will be carefully returned with your completed jewellery.

Can I Order a Fingerprint Kit Separately?
Yes! If you’d like to capture a fingerprint now but need more time to decide on a design, you can order just a fingerprint kit here.
If you need the kit urgently, leave a note at checkout and we’ll prioritise sending it as soon as possible.

How Long Does the Process Take?
Our current turnaround time is approximately 14 weeks from when we receive your ashes or fingerprint materials.
Custom designs or complex requests may take longer — we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Can I Request a Specific Completion Date?
Absolutely. Just let us know in the notes section or via email, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeframe.

What If I’m Not Ready to Send Ashes or Prints?
We kindly ask that ashes or prints are returned within 14 days of receiving your kit to help us manage scheduling. We understand grief has no timeline — if you need more time, please reach out and we’ll support you at your pace.

How Are Ashes and Fingerprints Handled?
With the utmost respect, care, and confidentiality. We handle one order at a time to ensure your loved one’s ashes or prints are safely identified throughout the process.

Can Rings Be Resized?
Some ring styles cannot be resized, so we highly recommend confirming your size carefully. If unsure, request a free ring sizer with your collection kit.

What Happens When My Jewellery Is Ready?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your keepsake’s journey home.
